Originally built as ‘Villas at Suncrest,’ the residential community has recently completed a dramatic transformation, expansion, and rebranding. Improvements to the site include the construction of five new residential buildings with a total of 108 brand new apartments – all of which will be available for pre-leasing in the coming months. First deliveries are anticipated in late 2023 with the additional phases coming online through the Spring of 2024.
